Greetings From My Current Pivot
Hi, it’s Kareen here.
I wanted to share a personal update with you because I’m in the middle of a major pivot. Many of you have followed my journey through the last year of big changes, and I believe it’s important to bring you along as I continue to evolve.
A Move Toward Mobility
This past year, I realized I was carrying a home base that no longer fit my lifestyle. Between travel, client work, and exploration, I wasn’t spending enough time in my Connecticut home to justify the financial and energetic cost of keeping it.
So, I made the choice to release it.
I put my house on the market, it sold quickly, and now I’m writing to you from my new home in Florida.
This move wasn’t just about a change in geography. It was an intentional pivot to create more mobility in my life, to serve clients around the globe with more ease, and to recharge in a space that feels aligned with who I am today.
Shedding What No Longer Fits
Every pivot comes with shedding. This one was no different.
Moving, letting go of a familiar chapter, and stepping into the unknown has brought both challenges and growth. It’s not easy to release what feels certain, but certainty isn’t the same as alignment.
I often say, stop “shoulding” all over yourself. Holding onto what you think you “should” do keeps you stuck. This move is my reminder to live that truth.
A Shift in Name and Brand
With this move also came another shift.
Post-divorce, I knew I no longer wanted my brand tied to my married name. While the years I spent building under Kareen Walsh were productive and meaningful, that identity no longer feels like it belongs to me.
I’ve stepped back into my maiden name, Kareen Zahr, and moved everything under the unified brand of Hey Kareen®. From here forward, every way you connect with me, whether through the Hey Kareen® App, this site, or our community, will reflect this new chapter.

This pivot is foundational. It’s not just about where I live or what name I use, but how I show up for you.
